MAINTENANCE: 

$49.00 First hour

$35.00 each additional hour

Emergency Services $65.00 per hour plus materials 

JANITORIAL CLEANING:

$25.00 per hour

PRESSURE WASHING: $45.00 per hour.

VINYL FLOORING:  $7.99 per sq. yard plus flooring materials.  (Sub-floor repair and tear out charged as straight maintenance fee ($35.00 per hour, plus disposal.)

Biohazard Cleaning: $200.00 plus disposal fees.

SPECIAL NEEDS SAFETY PROOFING:

$149.00 Consultation Fee includes; inspection, digital, photos, engineered-specific safety modifications

Installation: $35.00 an hour plus materials as needed.  A detailed proposal will be provided.  Grants, billing subsidies, deferred payment option available.

$25.00 NSF for returned checks.  $25.00 missed appointment fees apply for appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before scheduled time. 

Insurance, if available can be billed directly upon request. 

Jobs anticipated to be over aprox. $1500.00 require a signed agreement before work can begin.

Billing due 30 days from invoice date, Late fee is 1.5% per month on the balance due.

Materials payments may be due in whole or part according contract before work begins.
