Billing/Financing

Billing due 30 days from invoice date, Late fee is 1.5% per month on the balance due. 

$25.00 NSF for returned checks.

Our accounting department will handle all the necessary paperwork.

Insurance, if available will be billed directly. 

Payment Methods:   Check, Cash, Paypal, SBS Credit Account (9%-22% interest OAC, Please email to request an application.)

Client is responsible for all collections/attorney cost if necessary and/or when applicable by law.

MAINTENANCE REPAIR/PRESSURE WASHING/VINYL FLOORING FEES: $49.00 first hour, $35.00 each additional plus materials.  No mileage fees will be charged to our clients.

CRIME SCENE ABATEMENT FEES: $250.00 first hour includes materials, $200.00 each additional hour per technician, plus medical waste incineration disposal fees. 

24 Hour, Urgent, & Holiday Service Fees:

Maintenance: $64.00 plus materials

Biohazard Cleaning: $300.00 plus disposal fees.
